how to make hot chocolate
January 28, 2009 – 8:29 pmI’ve been trying to do something creative everyday. It was snowing this morning, so I went outside to take some pictures and video. Of course, I got cold and came back inside for some hot chocolate. Like any creative/teacher I documented the process. Final Cut Express was a little rusty, so it gave me a good excuse to work on my skills, along with some Photoshop. I also tested out my new MinoHD. It was a fun challenge.

I loved this – not so sure about the powdered hot chocolate and the microwave though. Real indulgence needs saucepan, dark chocolate pieces melted in the hot milk (or cream) and marshmallows
